How to Get the Perfect Night’s Sleep

Speaking from personal experience, getting the right amount of sleep at night can be a challenging task. There are a lot of people with unknown causes as to why they are unable to get the enough sleep. Sometimes it is a medical issue that requires diagnoses from your doctor, and sometimes it could be something like stress or anxiety that could be causing you to lack the sleep that you desperately seek.

What may work for one person may not work for another person when it comes to the sleep aids that are available on the market. Others may have sleep apnea that would really need a machine as sleeping aids. It really all just depends on your personal situation. I know for a fact that I am sleep deprived because of my busy work schedule, and tackling the task of being a mother, which sometimes brings on the stress and anxiety that can make it hard to sleep at night. It probably doesn’t help that I often worry a lot about bills and finances either. I understand that all of these things are just a part of life and part of being a mother with responsibilities, but it definitely starts to take a toll on my sleep after a while.

Could it be Insomnia?

Insomnia

Like many of you have probably done, I was getting desperate for answers and so I paid a visit to my physician to see if he could figure out why I was having such a hard time getting to sleep at night. I thought maybe it could have just been a case of insomnia, but after he asked me a few questions and asked about my daily routines, he confirmed that it was indeed stress that was making it tough on my sleeping patterns.

He wanted to prescribe me with a sleep aid sort of medication, but like many people, I really didn’t want to become dependent on medication for the rest of my life. I was hoping that this issue was just something temporary that I would eventually get through. After I told him that I didn’t want to take any medication for the stress, my doctor recommended that I get a bit of exercise at least three days out of the week.  With my current schedule I knew that I wasn’t going to really have much time to go for a run after work so I decided to take matters into my own hands and search the web for supplements and other natural treatments that could help aid with the issue of these sleepless nights.

Calm Me

It took me a couple of days before I could finally find a supplement that stood out to me that I felt would help me get the sleep that I needed. Now, when I first found this page I was skeptical about whether or not the supplement called Calm Me would work for me or not. Honestly, I’m sure many of you have been there before, being skeptical about a product and whether or not it will work for you when there are so many products that promise you results but don’t deliver. However, after reading a bit about Gabriella Peacock, the woman behind the Calm Me supplements, I was sold. She is a model who is quite experienced in the area of nutrition and stress-related situations.

So after reading a bit about her and her accomplishments as a female nutritionist, I decided to go and read the descriptions and the ingredients for some of her sleep aid supplements. I was pretty impressed with what I read the ingredients were. A lot of the ingredients that are included in the calm supplement are those that are vital to a woman’s health. They include:

  • Magnesium
  • Vitamin B
  • Vitamin C
  • Iodine

The magnesium is a mineral that helps to give you a sense of feeling calm, while vitamin D is good for proper functioning of the nervous system.

The vitamin C helps to have better energy levels throughout your day so that you feeling less tired and more energetic. The iodine helps to keep you focused and helps with the known brain fog that many of us have throughout a long day of work.

It just made sense to me that with these three ingredients I should be able to get the rest that I needed at night as well as the energy that I needed to help get me through each day. Best of all, these ingredients are all natural, unlike the medication that my doctor was trying to prescribe to me.

Price

After I decided that this product was something that I wanted to try, I took a closer look at the prices to figure out what the best deal to go with was. I wanted to start with a pack that was closest to a trial to see if I could feel the difference in how I felt throughout the day and at bedtime, so I chose the 3 for 2 promotion with the one time purchase. The pack was to last 3 days and included 3 sachets of capsules and 3 drink blend sachets.

Taking Calm Me

For three days I took 1 Calm Me capsule in the morning and in the afternoon while I was at work I mixed the drink sachet in a 20 ounce bottle of water; shook it very well and then drink the contents with my lunch.

I started to notice the difference in how I felt on the first day after finishing the drink while I was at work. Instead of feeling groggy and sleepy like how I’d typically feel, I was more awake and alert. I also felt like I had more energy and was in an overall positive mood.

In the evening when it was time to go to bed, I felt more relaxed and was able to go to fall asleep about an hour faster than what I typically would be able too.

By the third evening of using the capsules and the drink, I could definitely feel a difference in how I felt overall.  Since this seemed to be working for me I decided to order the 28 day supply and sign up for the subscription to get the discount that is offered with it.
