Times of India reports that Imran Khan, for creating 52 educational programs free of charge, commended by Modi at Wembley, refused a place provided by the government to be able to maintain his present occupation.

After the PM mentioned in the international program his contribution to schooling sector, the Rajasthan government in no time offered him the place of job official in the Department of Science and Technology, reports Times Of India.

Nevertheless, Imran Khan, who’s content with his present occupation, believes if he accepts the place of project official, that he might be unable to work as an educationist.

Kalicharan Saraf higher Education Minister felicitated him on Tuesday with a cheque of Rs 11,000.

PM Modi commended Imran Khan, a Sanskrit teacher at a government school in Alwar, for developing 52 educational mobile programs at no cost in a span of three years.

Though Khan hasn’t met with the Prime Minister, he gave a display of his work at a national seminar some time back before the HRD Minister Smriti Irani.
