State education boards to declare Class 12 results by May 31:
NEW DELHI: The state education boards have consented to declare Class 12 result.
The idea was given by the Human Resource Development (HRD) ministry to avoid delays in counseling for entrances to technical institutes that were funded through Joint Entrance Examination.
In declaring results by state boards this year, postponement had led to the postponement of the counseling for entrance to NITs, IITs and other technical institutes that were funded.
