State govt’s not focussed on providing quality education: NISA

Today, state governments aren’t genuine in providing quality education to poor students, an organization of private schools alleged here.

Other state governments and are not making adequate and timely reimbursement and central government are also indifferent.

“We demand education vouchers of Rs 2000/-per month to any or all pupils to give them the alternative of school, to provide direct benefits transport to pursue the target of Fund the students, not the schools,” National Independent Schools Association (NISA) and Federation of private schools organization’s president Kulbushan Sharma said here.

NISA and the Federation have demanded that RTE is scrapped, and instead, Right to Quality Education be executed.
