“Beloved @aamir_khan. Did you request Kiran which state would she like to move out to? Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal and bJP MP, also, challenged Khan’s comments saying an actual patriot would never leave his motherland behind in chaos. “Aamir is a combatant so he shouldn’t leave but alter the specific situation in the nation! An actual patriot is not going to run away n leave his motherland behind in chaos or in distressed times (if any )… do not escape – build it… If MP consider this is my motherland afterward I won’t ever talk about leaving it ….but I’d if I’d believed otherwise …

“(Wife) Kiran and I’ve lived all our lives in India. That is a huge and catastrophic statement for Kiran to make to me. Kiran worries for her kid. His wife Kiran worries about just what the atmosphere around us will be. His wife Kiran feels frightened to open the papers regular. That does suggest there is a sense of growing disquiet,” he’d said at the RNG Awards ceremony.

Last month, a demonstration rally was led by Kher’ for India’ to Rashtrapati Bhavan, against what’s broadly being termed as demonstrations over ‘growing intolerance’ in the state. Scientists, historians and several writers returned awards granted to them by government or the government backed organisations including the Sahitya Akademi. “India is quite a tolerant nation. The people are very few. Not every Indian believes like that. We’re folks that are lay. We don’t believe in pseudo-secularism, particular outrage or particular patriotism,” Kher, who’s the partner of BJP MP from Chandigarh Kirron Kher, had said.
