President Vladimir Putin joins ice hockey training session

President Vladimir Putin joined members of the Russian Amateur Ice Hockey League for a training session.

Mr Putin donned his normal number 11 top and skated out onto the rink of the Ice Palace in the Krasnaya Polyana Olympic facility in southern Russia, near Sochi.

He trained with league members, scoring a goal, before taking a rest to pose for photographers at the rink side.
