Sachin Tendulkar’s fury was expressed by him for their poor customer service this morning at British Airways.
Sachin wrote on Twitter: “Mad Disappointed and Frustrated.. #BAdserviceBA Family member’s Waitlisted ticket not supported despite seats being accessible.
“And bag being labeled by @British_Airways to incorrect destination and do not care approach! #NeveronBA.”

And luggage being tagged by @British_Airways to wrong destination and don't care attitude! #NeveronBA (2/2)

Unexpectedly, British Airways reacted – but the person responsible for the social media account of the company’s does not appear to have a hint who Tendulkar is.
The reply read: “We are sorry to hear this Sachin, could you please DM us your luggage ref, complete name and address so we can look into this for you?”

The Internet was not about to let British Airways off for requesting one of the largest sports stars on the planet for his complete name…
