Odisha: Artist Sudarsan Pattnaik Creates What May Be World’s Tallest Santa Claus Made of Sand:
The planet ‘s tallest sand has been created by Sudarshan Pattnaik Santa Claus with hopes of making a world record.
Famous sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik and his pupils have created a 45-feet-high sand Santa Claus with a “World Peace” message at Puri shore in Odisha on Thursday to observe Christmas.
The sand statue of Patnaik has staked claim to be understood as the world’s tallest Santa.
Sudarsan used more than 1000 tonnes of sand in creating Santa with some coloured sand. 20 of his pupils helped him at the Sudarsan Sand Art Institute of Puri.
Sudarsan has additionally created Mother Mary and Lord Jesus.
