The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is the authorized state agency to run the Civil Services Examination for various places. As and when there’s a requirement, the Commission will notify the candidates and conduct exams. The Commission has before released the notification of Lower Subordinate Services in order to fill up around 490 places (General -470 places and Direct Recruiting-20 places) and invited applicants. The candidates who have applied and have appeared for the prelims exam that was successfully held on 17th January 2016.

Selection Procedure: The selection of candidates depends on prelims, mains, and interview. Candidates who clear prelims will be called for mains. The candidates who clear mains will be called for the interview and also the ones who clear the interview will be absorbed into the respective posts.
